Brandini Toffee

Another wine.woot community post from the holiday Woot Off…

We drove 3 hours in the pouring rain yesterday to visit the oasis in the desert known as the Brandini Toffee shop. The place was buzzing with customers and with toffee of all shapes and sizes (the customers and the toffee), including founder Leah (and her sweet mother) and founder Brandon’s lovely mother. Leah gave my girlfriend a nice tour of their awards and all of their photos with food celebrities including a photo from their appearance on Martha Stewart’s show. We can now vouch for the fact that they appear to do all the work themselves, as they were busily packaging and addressing what looked to be many hundreds of boxes to ship out. There was even a phoned-in appearance from the famous/mysterious woot-er Toffeeking. What a great story, delicious toffee and such a nice group of people. Happy Holidays to all!

When we were visiting Palm Desert in February last year, our family took us to a market ecpecially to get your toffee about which we had been told your story. Unfortunately it was raining and the market was closed, so we missed out. We were disappointed as we had heard such good things about it.  My son and family visited us in South Africa for Christmas  and guess what one of our presents was.  Brandini toffee!!  It was the best ever.  We will be visiting your beautiful country (we love America) later this year to welcome our newest  grand-daughter and will be feasting on your toffee.

I first tried Brandini Toffee Christmas morning during a raid on my Christmas stocking. My husband, Dale, had been raving about “this toffee” he had discovered and I was thinking..oh yeah sure, you’ve just got a sweet tooth!!

Well have I ever been most pleasantly surpised! The toffee is melt in your mouth delicious and we’ve already gone through the whole container…you can’t eat just one piece!

We will definitely be taking a supply back to Canada to wow our friends and family. Thank you so much for such a wonderful product.

Orgasmic happiness throughout our office has just hit a fever pitch. Our delivery just delivered, Poppers have popped, and I’ll be surprised if the bag lasts until 5 when we go home. I’ve already hidden the rest to be selfish.

Just got my delivery and “popped” open the poppers. Love the new packaging! Makes it much easier to shove my hands in there with out getting all dirty. And I’m sure the resealable feature would be nice…if I could stop eating long enough to try it out. Brandini is the best!

I know the feeling. Thankfully, mine was delivered before it started snowing here.

I really love the new packaging for the poppers. Much more classy than the plastic bag I never had to worry about resealing them before; they were always DEVOURED the same day as the delivery.

Almost wished I bought more, because the poppers are already half gone.

Leah and Brandon, I have to tell you how much I LOVE your toffee. I took some to work this morning and have some left at home (not much). I just got it last Saturday at the Long Beach Harvest Festival. I will be attending the Del Mar festival as well on October 23. Will you be there? Because if you will be, I’m definitely going to buy more toffee. I don’t recall if you make only one kind or have a variety. You guys have the BEST toffee ever! I’m so glad you gave me a sample. That clinched it.

I hope you’ll be in Del Mar. Otherwise, how will I ever be able to get more?

Seems to me what we need here is a pound of toffee and a nice wine to drink with it – maybe the TyTanium/Toffee package!

GENIUS.

I was too late to get in on this (I’m a teacher and was on my way from my last class of the day to a meeting, and couldn’t get my phone to load it in time), but I’d rather wait for an all-toffee offering, as well.

Of the three, my favorite was the regular toffee, then the bites, then the bits. I’d love either a sampler pack (with those three plus poppers to try), or JUST the toffee (or toffee and bites). But toffee + a tried and true red wine? Spectacular. (I’m sure it would probably be a logistical nightmare for the good folks at w.w, though.)

I took the three-pack from last winter to my parents’ house for Christmas and shared with them. I thought my dad would give me The Look when he asked how much it had cost and I told him; instead he looked at me thoughtfully and said, “These would make nice gifts….”

Never underestimate the power of excellent toffee.

Where did you first try Brandini Toffee? How do you like it?: …I wish I tasted one…not yet! Next time i USA for vacation, I’ll come to visit and take home with me a sample of everything…can’t resist to toffes and can’t resist to have candy box with my name on it!

OMG !!! I received the poppers and toffee last night and (in one word) WOW !!!

The poppers are amazing.

Now I can get over my being angry at Fedex for having their truck break down and delaying the delivery a day.. No, Wait, this makes me even angrier…I could have had the poppers a whole day earlier !!!

I ordered some of your toffee through Woot.com shortly ago for my wife. We just had our first baby together and it was a precious moment for us. My wife loves toffee and the deal on woot was incentive enough to try your brand. My wife received the toffee just shortly after coming home from the hospital with our brand new baby and, as a gift for being a new mother to a gorgeous baby girl, she got the treat all to herself. She was astounded by the delicious flavor of the toffee and popcorn she ate. I got a taste and I must say that we have been to many candy stores and NEVER got toffee of this quality EVER before. Incredible! Not that she wasn’t already giddy with my beautiful daughter, but your toffee was the best positive reinforcement during her post partum period. Thank you for your product. I wish there was something else I could do for her being such a good Mom to our baby. I might suggest offering a “it’s a boy/girl” line to your assortment. New mothers love this stuff and proud papa’s do too.
